Homemade Chicken Nuggets

My toddler like most toddlers I'm sure is picky sometimes. One day he loves something & the next day he hates it. Its frustrating to say the least, but I think what is more annoying is the waste of food & money. We used to buy pre-made chicken nuggets & sometimes he ate them & sometimes they just ended up smashed up or in my husbands mouth. I always battle with wanting to eat better ,being healthier, being more aware of what I put in my body. I'm not perfect nor do I follow all those rules but I do think about it often. Then I thought to myself wow I do all this thinking and planning healthier stuff for myself yet here I am feeding my baby something that is often talked about being not good. So I thought why not make some of my own, I know exactly whats in them & I save some money! Two big things on the pro side so I tried it.

CHICKEN NUGGETS

Ingredients:
Chicken Breast
Flour
Eggs
Corn Flakes
Salt & Pepper
Garlic Powder
Paprika or Any seasoning you enjoy

I used 3 small/med chicken breast and cut them up into small chunks.

....Some bowls with flour & garlic powder. Eggs. & Crushed up Corn Flakes w/seasoning

Oven on 350 & Bake for 20 minutes
Toddler ready
Yummy end result

Its simple a little time consuming but homemade always tastes so much better in my opinion. You can use breadcrumbs if you prefer or just plain flour but I absolutely prefer the crunchiness that cornflakes give the chicken. What are some spices you think will make this delicious. If you have a better recipe let me know! Thanks for reading. Much Love
